3/3/12 Training

Just time to post a quick note about this morning’s training as we are getting ready to head back to Hays.  Today’s run was slower and longer to help add more mileage to my week.  I finished 6.381 miles in 1:00:21. 

Next week will mark a transition in my training phases as I will concentrate on simply adding more miles for my base instead of any sort of intensity for all but one day each week.
