3/6/12 Training

I’m traveling to Topeka today for work, so today was an extra early workout.  I ran 4.103 miles in 38:50.  In attempting to build my base, I have reduced my pace quite a bit.  My plan is to stretch the distance in each of my runs at an easy pace except for one day each week which will be at a faster pace.  Unless my schedule changes, I will target Thursdays for the quicker paced runs.
