I postponed my morning run to enjoy the great weather this afternoon. It was a great move as wonderful outdoors today. As a simple and easy recovery run after yesterday’s long run, I ran 2.1 miles in 16:41. The forecast for the rest of the week looks great, so I plan to run after work each day this week.
