3/16/12 Training

Today was an easy run in preparation for this weekend’s higher mileage. The run was 3.25 miles in 26:44.

Fortunately, the run did not contain any bugs in the eye, big hills, or large dogs on the loose. Actually, it’s safe to call today’s run pretty non-descript except for noting today was the warmest day of the week at 83.

The plan for this weekend is 18 miles — six tomorrow and 12 Sunday. With some family visiting over the weekend, I hope to get the runs in early in the mornings.
