4/7/12 Training

Another early morning treadmill run. Having seven miles for my plan today, I wanted to get to the hotel treadmill when it wasn’t busy. Actually worked out very nice. I was able to get my run in with a cool down and some minimal upper body weight lifting in before anyone else arrived at the fitness room.
Today’s run was 7.31 miles in 1:00:58. This puts me in good position to reach this week’s goal. Tomorrow’s planned distance is 15 miles.
