4/17/12 Training

This evening’s run was a good run with a friend from the office.  It was 8.09 miles in 1:05:33.  As with normal Tuesday runs, today was a good hill workout.  After the first mile, my legs started loosening up and the stiffness melted away.  It was a welcomed feeling after how I felt yesterday.

During our run, we saw a wild turkey.  He actually ran across the road at a pretty good clip.  No other wildlife spottings, though.  I’ll try to get tomorrow’s run in early as Logan has a track meet tomorrow afternoon.
