5/18/12 Training

Today’s workout was an early morning treadmill run. We’re going to our first Royals game of the season tonight, so I wanted to get the run in this morning. Plus, this gives me a full day before the longer mileage this weekend.
The run was 7.10 miles in 1:02:44. It was purposely a slower pace, but I was pleased that I was able to run negative splits with each mile.
With this run, I continue to be on pace for my first 70+ mile week.
