5/21/12 Training

Tonight’s run was 7.06 miles in 1:02:25.  By not running until tonight, I was able to rest as much as possible after yesterday morning’s long run.  Running at night is certainly different from running at any other time of the day.  It adds another dimension to pay attention, but luckily I found a route on the Greenway Trail that is well-lit.  Running in cooler temperatures is also a plus to running at night.

In addition to the run, I also finished Running and Being as well as The Long Green Line.  I hope  to write my review within the next few days.  Tomorrow will be the normal hill run, which I hope to get in nine miles in tomorrow.
