Yesterday’s run took full advantage of the cooler weather. It really felt like a cool autumn run without the change in color of the leaves. The run was on the Little Blue Trace Trail near Independence. It was 5.4 miles in 47:01. As an added bonus, I saw two beavers near the river.
The reduced mileage this week has done wonders for my legs. In addition, I can tell that I’m sleeping better at nights, probably another sign such a break was needed.
