6/7/12 Training

Yesterday’s run took advantage of the cooler weather in the evening and totaled 7.05 miles in 53:53. It was on the Greenway Trail, just far enough to get a taste of the hills. I’ll save this week’s hill workout for this Sunday’s long run which will be in Parkville, Missouri, with a few friends from the office. I’m looking forward to the company and challenge of the terrain.
