6/9/12 Training

Today’s run went well.  It was a 5.15 mile run in 43:33.  I was needing a mid-distance run in preparation for tomorrow’s long run.  It felt good to get out on the road again this morning.  It was cool, but started to warm up by the end of the run.  Not many thoughts during today’s run, just concentrating the mileage.
