I needed today’s run. Mentally, the last two runs have tough. I was able to pick up the pace and feel good. Today’s workout was six half mile repeats with a quarter mile jog in between. My half mile repeats were in 3:00 each. Adding in half mile warm up and a half mile cool down, the totals were 5.25 miles in 42:14.

After the run, I was able to get an upper body and abdominal workout in as well. Overall, the entire workout went well.
