Today’s Training Run Summary
Distance:  4.0 miles
Time:  32:07
Pace:  8:02/mile

Excited to start the marathon training tapering process, I ran my scheduled four miles on the treadmill early this morning.  Although it put me behind schedule all day, it was nice to get the run in early.

Not much to report about today’s run.  Probably the biggest development was that my heel felt really good during the run, although it is starting to become a little tender as the evening wears on.  Within two weeks, the excitement and anticipation for the race is starting to grow.
