Training Run Summary
Distance:  3 miles
Time:  23:45
Pace:  7:55/mile

Today’s run was an easy three miles on the treadmill early this morning.  This is the last run I will have until a few easy miles on Saturday when I’m in Wichita.  The run felt fine and was a pretty ordinary run.

As the race continues to grow closer, I will start increasing my carbohydrate intake to help fuel my muscles during the race.  This week has contained different types of pasta and breads, while still trying to include a good balance of fruits and vegetables.
