Training Run Summary
Distance:  2.1 miles
Time:  16:22
Pace:  7:48/mile

Yesterday’s run was a quick workout made up of four 400 meter intervals with a 400 meter jog to warm up and between the intervals.  The entire workout only took 16:22.  I think this was the shortest workout of this entire marathon training session.

My focus continues to be on rest and nutrition.  So far this week, I have been getting a good night’s rest each night.  I have also focused on keeping a high carbohydrate diet, which will increase as the week continues.
